13 huge music gigs, gigs and comedy shows at Leeds First Direct Arena have just been announced

Leeds First Direct Arena will host a host of top stars with many new shows announced on the site.

While events are announced in droves and quickly during this part of the year, we’ve taken a look at those Leeds First Direct Arena shows you may have missed being announced for in recent weeks. The popular downtown Leeds venue’s schedule for the rest of 2022 is starting to look rather packed.

Some of the shows will be from music superstars like Florence + The Machine as well as Leeds Festival favorite Machine Gun Kelly. While the Leeds born and bred Kaiser Chiefs band will appear and Blue is also booked for a show.

There are also some awesome comedy shows to come with Chris Rock, fresh off his Oscars controversy with Will Smith, ready to perform in the arena while Jason Manford will also take the stage.

  • Blue – Sunday September 18
  • Machine Gun Kelly – Thursday, October 6
  • Jason Manford, Friday, October 14
  • Kaiser Chiefs – Saturday 12 November
  • Florence + The Machine – Friday, November 25
  • Rod Stewart – Tuesday, December 13
