FHP Yorkshire Construction Services and Engineering Consultants has welcomed a new hire.

Paul Arnold has been appointed Senior Sustainability Engineer in the Leeds office and will be involved in FHP’s range of commercial work for national, workspace, retail, leisure, healthcare, residential clients and infrastructure, real estate and development.

Providing mechanical, electrical and public health building design services, including zero carbon, sustainability, operational carbon and ESG studies, he will also support the management team in project management and the development of new works.

FHP currently employs 52 people in its offices and is targeting a turnover of £3.5 million in 2022.

FHP is currently supporting work on a £270m major new mixed-use development at Wembley for Regal London, a £62m Hyatt Hotel Leeds for Ivegate, a £12m industrial warehouse unit development for Harworth Group in South Yorkshire and the £31million luxury residential development in Leeds for developer Priestley Homes.
