How Plus Architecture Designed Pask’s The Esplanade Apartments, Palm Beach

Following recent development approval, Plus Architecture will continue its dominance of prime Gold Coast property locations with Esplanade on Palm Beach.

Possessing an oceanfront location north of Palm Beach, Plus Architecture’s latest project, in collaboration with Pask, is a collection of 16 residences on the sands of the Esplanade.

Additionally, Director of Architecture Danny Juric spoke about the Esplanade’s design aesthetic, which uses natural materials to complement, rather than detract from, the unparalleled beach views.

“Situated on a secluded avenue along the beach, the gentle, repetitive rhythm of the eastern facade captures the essence of the ocean, accentuating the main axis of the site and encompassing coastal living in its most sophisticated form”, Juric said.

“Here, masterful architecture paired with elegant interiors offers a luxury residential offering seen as pristine beaches, peaceful parks and a vibrant cosmopolitan living scene that many could only dream of. This is modern life at its most inspiring,” he said.

Esplanade’s interiors are an expression of coastal sophistication, underpinned by a warm palette of finishes against an iconic ocean backdrop. Framed by sweeping ocean and headland views, the open-plan living room is a celebration of coastal luxury and timeless style, with residences opening onto expansive terraces, connecting indoors and out.

With spacious apartments ranging from 220 m² to 446 m², the Esplanade will offer occupants shared leisure spaces such as a gym, swimming pool, barbecue and dining areas. Featuring an elusive collection of common amenities, the ground floor recreation spaces combine with dining areas and generous storage – cultivating a resort-style living experience and a strong sense of community.

Esplanade will be the next project to follow in the footsteps of other Plus-designed sold-out developments in prime Gold Coast locations such as Luna Burleigh, One Cannes in Surfers Paradise and Del Ray in Kirra Beach.

Construction is underway with delivery scheduled for early 2023.
