Muse Developments hands over final Logic Leeds units | Yorkshire Property News

Muse Developments has handed over the last two units to Logic Leeds, ending its 15-year regeneration of the site.

Pegasus World Holding Group, which already owns a 31,500 square foot building in Logic Leeds, has purchased a 61,500 square foot unit to increase its portfolio of investments in the area.

The company supplies and distributes textiles for the hospitality and healthcare sectors, as well as vital PPE products nationwide in the fight against the pandemic.

The other unit was sold to Samuel Grant Packaging, a neighboring Yorkshire-based packaging company. It has agreed to eventually finance the construction of a 40,000 square foot building, which is now used for the storage and distribution of its products.

GMI Construction, based in Leeds, was Muse’s appointed contractor for the units.

Muse has offered two giant units totaling 720,000 square feet at Logic Leeds for Amazon and electronics giant Premier Farnell, with both buildings being financed by Aberdeen Standard Investments in deals worth over $100 million. pound sterling.

Other units were completed for John Lewis, Phoenix Investment Management, Leeds City Council, as well as a second, smaller industrial unit for Amazon.

Muse has worked in partnership with Lord Halifax Land Estate, Leeds City Council and the Leeds Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) on regeneration.
